Start your trip by testing your balance with a stand-up paddleboard session, cruise calm waters on a guided kayak tour, and embrace your adventurous side with a day of exhilarating coasteering. For those interested in underwater exploration, we offer a memorable day of snorkeling and diving in the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You will have the opportunity to observe vibrant marine life up close, regardless of your experience level.
We dedicated a day to immerse ourselves in the historical and cultural treasures of the island. From ancient mines and caves to ancient cities and ruins, you will have a range of options to explore.
At the end of our week, we will ensure that your journey back to Cagliari airport is as smooth as your arrival.

Itinerary
Arrival at Cagliari Airport
Welcome to Sardinia! Upon arrival you will find our staff to welcome you, depending on the time it will be possible to enjoy a visit to the city and then take care of your personal needs before traveling to your accommodation. Once arrived, an initial briefing will be held to summarize the week's program, deciding the destinations based on the weather conditions.
Stand Up Paddle at Cala Fighera, Devil's Saddle
We start the day with a briefing and introduction to stand-up paddleboarding. This tour, departing from Marina Piccola, will take you to discover the Devil's Saddle.
Experience is not required and you will always have a guide/instructor with you during the approximately 3-hour tour. After a day full of adventure, you can conclude with a visit to the historic center of Cagliari before returning to our accommodation.
Kayaking in South Sardinia
Our day begins with an introduction to kayaking. Depending on weather conditions, our itinerary may take us to Marina Piccola, Masua Pan Di Zucchero, Chia, Villasimius, or the East Coast. The experience requires basic skills, and you'll have a guide/instructor with you at all times during the approximate 5-hour activity.
Cultural Exploration
Today's activities depend on your preferences. You can choose to rest or delve into Sardinia's rich cultural heritage. Possible visits include the Old Mines, where you can discover the mining heritage of the region, and the Caves of Santa Barbara and Nuraghe Seruci. Other options are a visit to the oldest city of Cagliari, the Nuraghe di Barumini, Bithia - Torre Spagnola or the ruins of the City of Nora (Pula) and many others.
To end the day it will be possible to taste local wines.
Vanilla Coasteering (Zip Line) at Pinus Village (Pula)
Coasteering is an adventure activity that combines hiking, climbing, swimming and snorkeling along the rocky coast. We will face a fun and adrenaline-filled journey, diving, climbing and swimming in the crystal clear waters of Southern Sardinia.
Snorkeling and Diving
The other side of Sardinia is submerged. Transparent waters will allow us to observe the marine world, with mask and fins we could remain on the surface or go deeper and experience the thrill of breathing underwater. For those who already have a diving certification, a dive will be possible, for those who want to try, we have instructors ready to guarantee you an unforgettable experience.
Departure
The week dedicated to water sports has come to an end, unfortunately. You will check out of the accommodation before being taken back to the airport.
